Our Beginnings

Legalink began more than 30 years ago with the vision of two men who wanted to make a difference to legal support services and the way business was conducted within the legal industry.

Malcolm Fayers and Tony White had a chance meeting in 1975 that set them on the course of creating what was a revolutionary business for its time.

They both brought different talents to the business that saw them able to provide an outsourcing solution to law firms that had never before been considered. Working with minimal office support, Tony and Malcolm were able to develop their business into a well run, highly experienced team of registration and searching clerks.

With the advent of technology Legalink has expanded the services offered to maintain pace with the ever-changing nature of the property and corporate public record-keeping systems.

Even though the company has moved forward over the years, it is still the same owner-operated business dedicated to giving its clients an efficient and value-added service. Our number one priority is to maintain the high standard of care for all Legalink clients. This is done by ensuring we keep up to date with the latest technology and innvoations in the industry. Our specialised and experienced staff are focused on maintaining there high standards of service delivery through their continued learning approach.

Our vision now is to keep growing and offer our excellent standard of service across Australia. With offices now in Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane, we have expanded our teams but maintained our philosophy to give our customers a simple system that caters to all of their property searching and lodgment needs.
